– Where the client is required to resolve the dispute before a Court or through Commercial Arbitration: We appoint lawyers to participate in the proceedings as legal representatives protecting the client’s lawful rights and interests or as authorized representatives. – Where the client encounters difficulties in enforcing an effective court judgment or decision: Upon request, we act as authorized representatives to liaise and work with the competent Civil Judgment Enforcement Authorities to request the issuance of an enforcement decision, verify the judgment debtor’s enforcement conditions and assets, and propose the implementation of legally prescribed measures to ensure the timely protection of the client’s lawful rights and interests in accordance with the legally effective judgment.
